T’pia is in excellent physical shape, her primarily vulcan physiology provides her the expected enhanced physical strength and durability typical of the species, if at a slightly lower threshold thanks to her mixed geniology. I had quite a time accessing her medical records from childhood, but was able to piece together enough from my queries to know that there was some difficulty in her conception and early development, as is typical with copper based and iron based mixed blood cultures. These childhood issues however have left only the slightest of marks on her genetic profile, and i have no concerns about likely heriditory conditions. In short, Cpt. T’pia Korenna is physically fit for and cleared for active duty.
Mental Health Assessment
Ship's Councellor Officer, U.S.S. YGGDRASIL wrote The Captain’s mental health requires constant monitoring. Vulcan meditations provide a surprising degree of control over her genetic telepathic traits, however it is my opinion that supression can only provide so much. The captain often finds that the emotions of the crew can slip in unnoticed and affect her moods. I have scheduled weekly debriefings with the captain to monitor her unique situation. But note no issues with her ability to command or to serve in her capacity as a Starfleet Captain.

This chaotic confluence of both the Vulcan’s need to surpress their intense emotions, and the Betazoid’s empathic telepathy poses a uniquely challenging psychological profile. This physician is frankly shocked that T’Pia has managed to find any level of control. I would be most interested in conducting further study. Should circumstance permit..
